These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "the User") and the App (published by an individual developer [Your Name or Developer Alias]) regarding the use of the services. 3.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and password. The App (and the developer) shall not be liable for any risks or losses caused by improper storage.
3.3 If you notice any abnormal activity in your account, please contact the developer through in-app feedback or email.
4. User Conduct Guidelines
4.1 You must not engage in the following activities while using the App:

7. Disclaimer
7.1 The App provides services "as is" and "as available," without guaranteeing that the services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet all user needs.
7.2 The developer shall not be liable for any service interruptions or errors caused by force majeure, network issues, or third-party reasons.
7.3 To the extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the App.

9.2 Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court in the developer's location.
